Cedar Plank Salmon

Ingredients:
2 full filets of salmon
2 large lemons
Fresh Dill
Lemon Pepper Seasoning
2 Cedar Planks soaked overnight in water (you can soak these in white wine if you like.)
Slice the lemons thinly taking five slices from the center and placing them onto the wet board, smooth side up. Now place sprigs of the dill between the lemon slices.
Now lay a fillet of salmon on this skin side down. As the wood heats it will mingle it's flavors with the lemon and dill and permeate the salmon. Squeeze the end of the lemon over the salmon distributing it evenly. Now sprinkle the lemon pepper over the salmon evenly. Don't use too much.
Finally, remove the zest from the ends of the lemon and sprinkle it over the salmon.
Now place on your grill at 350° F for 45 minutes. If your fillets are very thick you may want to go a bit longer but be careful not to dry them out. Enjoy!
