Ultimate Cheeseburgers

Ingredients for Burgers

2 lbs 80% lean ground beef
2 tblspn Liquid Concentrated Beef Base Flavor or Beef Base Paste
2 tblspn Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
¼ tsp Celery Salt
¼ tsp Parsley Flakes
¼ tsp Paprika
¼ tsp Black Pepper
1 Egg










Also:
4 oz diced sharp cheddar cheese
4 oz crumbled blue cheese

Condiments

8 Hamburger Buns
2 Beefsteak Tomatoes, thick sliced
2 Walla Walla or Vadalia Onions, thick sliced
1 head Leaf Lettuce
½ lb smoked bacon strips, cooked

Mix these ingredients thoroughly in a bowl. Divide in half and mix one half with 4 oz diced Sharp Cheddar Cheese and the other half with 4 oz crumbled Blue Cheese. Form each half into four ¼ lb patties and chill in the fridge. Be sure to flatten the patties and make a depression in the center using a clean beer or soda can.


Slice 2 beefsteak tomatoes and 2 Walla Walla or Vidalia sweet onions into ¼” slices for toppings. You can grill the onion slices with the burgers after running a skewer through each slice to hold the rings together.


Place the burgers and onions onto a hot charcoal grill. And grill the burgers for 4 minutes each side. Split the buns and toast on the grill 5 to 10 seconds.



 Place the patties on the toasted buns with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Enjoy!
