Key West Chicken

2 whole chickens
4 tbsp olive oil
1 cup Key Lime juice
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup honey
4 cloves garlic
1 sprig fresh thyme
1 sprig fresh oregano

Place all ingredients, except the chicken, into a blender and blend on high to liquify into a marinade. Place the chicken into a large Ziploc bag with the marinade and refrigerate for 2 hours. 



Remove from marinade and place directly on your CharGriller Wood Pro pre-heated to 350° F.  Cook to an internal temperature of 170° F turning every 30 minutes. 


I roasted a giant mango with mine that I had seeded, scored, and halved.  It paired with the chicken perfectly!
