Halloween Pumpkin Pies

First off cut the tops off of the pumpkins and clean out the seeds. Then have the kids decorate their pumpkins using a non-toxic black marker. You will find that most "dry erase" markers are water based and non-toxic.
Place the remaining ingredients into the mixing bowl and mix well.
Ladle the mixture into the pumpkins until each of 2/3s full.

Now place into the preheated grill at 350° F and cook with the tops on for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes remove the tops and cook for a further hour. Remove from the grill carefully, supporting the bottoms as they get very soft.
Allow to cool until warm and serve. The kids can scrap the pumpkin flesh off of the inside with a spoon mixing it with the custard. Enjoy!
