Ingredients:
1 rack pork loin ribs (baby backs)
½ tspn red food coloring
6 cloves minced garlic
1 cup hoisin sauce
1 cup soy sauce
3 tblspns dry sherry
2 tblspns sugar
½ tspn five spice powder
Rinse and dry you ribs. Using a paper towel, grasp and remove the membrane from the underside of your ribs.
Now cut them into 2 rib segments.
Place the remaining ingredients into a food processor, or blender and mix thoroughly.
Place the ribs and the marinade into a zip lock bag and seal. Marinade at room temperature for 1-1 1/2 hours.
Place a rack over a pan filled 2/3 with water.  Retain the marinade in a small dish to use as a mop during cooking.
Preheat your grill to 350°F and place the pan in the center of the grill. Cook for 1 hour then brush with marinade on all sides, turn over and cook for a further hour.
At the end of the second hour brush the ribs once more with the marinade, flip, and place the rack directly onto the grill for 10 minutes until they become slightly sticky.
Remove from the grill and serve up with some of your favorite side dishes. Enjoy!
