1
lb halibut filet
2
tblspns brown sugar
2
tblspns butter
1
tblspn lemon juice
1
tblspn balsamic vinegar
1
tspns soy sauce
1
tspn minced garlic
½
tspn pepper
Place
ingredients, not the halibut, into a blender and blend. Brush the halibut with the mixture.
2-6
6 oz lobster tails
¼
cup melted butter
¼
cup fresh lemon juice
1
tblspn fresh dill, minced
1
tspn sea salt
1
tspn black pepper
Split
tails shell with a pair of kitchen scissors all the way down the back
and spread the shell. Run a steel skewer into the end of the tail and
push in all the way to the tail so as to straighten the tail out.
Combine the seasoning ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Open the
shell and brush the flesh with the mixture.
Preheat
your grill to 350°F and oil the grates generously. Place
the halibut on the grill, skin side down. Place the lobster tails on the top rack. Grill until the fish becomes flake, 7-10 minutes.
Remove from the grill and serve. Enjoy!
